In family law we are committed to making the court process less adversarial and more "child" oriented in an attempt to make the most difficult time in the family’s life less painful and destructive.

In criminal law we assure that our clients understand their constitutional rights and that these rights are protected as they proceed through criminal court.

Ultimately the result in any case will impact our clients long after our representation is concluded. For this reason, we at Baker Law Offices want to assist in providing the best results possible in every situation.

As a solo practice, Baker Law Offices reflected the interests of its attorney, Gail Baker. Seeing how separation, dissolution and custody disputes between unmarried parents and others affected all parties, but especially children, Ms. Baker was committed to making the process less adversarial and more "child" oriented so the most difficult time in the family’s life could be less painful and destructive. These ideals were adopted as the mission for Baker Law Offices and continue to be so today.

In 2001, Baker Law Offices added an associate attorney. In addition to assisting in family law cases, our new associate brought her interest in juvenile delinquency and criminal law to the firm. Baker Law Offices added criminal defense to their list of services.

Even with the addition of a new attorney and expanded services, Baker Law Offices continues be committed to treating their clients with respect and providing high quality legal representation.
